Seth Jacklin, CSW
Primary Therapist - North Campus
“Seth inspires through a poised, measured, yet deeply caring nature… I could envision someone who will make a profound impact in the mental health profession.” -Barry
Seth brings years of dedicated experience at Telos, along with a deep passion for helping adolescents and families navigate complex emotional and relational challenges. He has developed particular expertise in working with individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as those struggling with anxiety and family system disruptions—areas that require both clinical precision and a highly relational, individualized approach.
Seth understands that for many neurodiverse individuals, growth is not about changing who they are, but about building insight, developing practical skills, and strengthening connections with the world around them. He is especially effective in helping students with autism and anxiety increase emotional regulation, improve communication, and navigate social relationships with greater confidence and clarity.
Equally important is his work with families. Seth places a strong emphasis on family systems, recognizing that lasting change occurs when the entire system evolves. He helps families better understand their child’s needs, shift patterns of interaction, and build healthier, more supportive relationships that extend well beyond treatment.
Grounded in his Master of Social Work (MSW) training, Seth’s approach is both thoughtful and holistic. He prioritizes health and wellness across all domains of life and views social connection as a primary driver of healing and resilience. His ability to connect authentically with students, while also guiding families through meaningful change, makes him a trusted and impactful member of the Telos team.
Outside of his professional work, Seth maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys playing basketball, running, and skiing—reflecting the same balance and commitment to wellness that he encourages in those he serves.
