Brian Allred, LCMHC, brings more than 35 years of distinguished experience working with youth across a wide range of treatment settings. Over the course of his career, he has served as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and both program and clinical director—developing a reputation for strong leadership, clinical excellence, and a deep, unwavering commitment to the families he serves.

Brian has helped hundreds of adolescents and their families navigate complex challenges, including substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and behavioral concerns. His extensive experience allows him to approach each case with clarity, confidence, and a steady hand, guiding families through difficult circumstances toward meaningful, lasting change.

Respected for both his clinical insight and leadership, Brian has played a key role in shaping effective treatment environments and mentoring other professionals in the field. His work reflects a career-long dedication to improving outcomes and strengthening the systems that support youth and families.

Outside of his professional life, Brian enjoys staying active through sports and recreation, including softball and basketball. He is a devoted fan of Utah Jazz basketball and BYU football and basketball, and has recently embraced a new enthusiasm for hockey with the arrival of Utah’s NHL team.

Brian is also deeply family-oriented and takes great pride in his four children. Two of his daughters have followed his path into the behavioral health field—one as a social worker and the other as a mental health counselor, both practicing in Boston. His oldest son serves as a Guardian in the United States Space Force, while his youngest son is currently a high school senior.
