Jessica brings over a decade of dedicated experience in the field, including many years of impactful service at Telos, where she has become a trusted and steady presence for both students and families. Her longevity within the organization reflects not only her commitment, but also the consistency and effectiveness of her work.
She has developed particular expertise in grief and loss as well as crisis management—areas that require both clinical skill and a grounded, confident approach. Jessica is known for her ability to step into difficult, high-stakes moments with clarity and composure, helping students stabilize, process, and move forward with purpose.
Her therapeutic style is open, direct, and authentically engaging. Students often feel a sense of safety and trust with Jessica almost immediately, allowing meaningful work to begin early in the process. She balances honesty with compassion, creating an environment where students feel both supported and appropriately challenged to grow.
